Terms and Conditions

You agree that your access to, and use of, this website is subject to these terms and all applicable laws, and is at your own risk. This website and its contents are provided to you on an “as is” basis, the website may contain errors, faults and inaccuracies and may not be complete and current. In the instance of any inaccuracy on the website, Deborah Mason (ABN 68 210 323 990) retain the right to cancel an order.

DebMasonBookkeeping.com.au may exchange your personal information with our related companies and with third-party service providers who assist us with payment, marketing, data processing, banking, delivery and other services. By ordering or registering on DebMasonBookkeeping.com.au you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and transaction order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DebMasonBookkeeping.com.au reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Order Cancellation

If notified before products have been dispatched, DebMasonBookkeeping.com.au can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Order Shipping

Customers who choose Standard Shipping give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. DebMasonBookkeeping.com.au will only replace orders using this shipping method provided the order is proven lost in transit by our delivery company.

The delivery times provided by DebMasonBookkeeping.com.au are estimates only. DebMasonBookkeeping.com.au will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

In the event that multiple products are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.

The special instructions box on the delivery page of the checkout is used for any instructions to help the driver make delivery of your order (e.g. “Last house at end of driveway”, “Office hours 9-5”). Drivers are unable to grant specific requests such as “Deliver between 1-2 pm” or “Leave the parcel in the garden shed”. DebMasonBookkeeping.com.au cannot be held responsible if your instructions are not followed, nor can we complete any promo code requests entered in this field.

Our free shipping offers are regular parcel delivery within Australia.

GST & Taxes

All prices quoted on DebMasonBookkeeping.com.au do not include Australian GST (10%), or freight and handling charges, and are based on cash or direct deposit payments only. International orders may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacement

You must contact DebMasonBookkeeping.com.au first prior to returning any products for refunds or warranty.

If products received are not as ordered, please inform DebMasonBookkeeping.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, do not open or use the products as it will be deemed to be acceptance of goods and will not be accepted for returns. Returns must be made within a month, in as new condition with tags attached, unless faulty. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

When goods are returned within the warranty period, and the product is no longer available or repairable, DebMasonBookkeeping.com.auwill replace it with an equal or similar product and if not possible, offer a credit/refund at the current market value less our restocking fee solely at our discretion. Within ACCC guidelines for the refund of goods under warranty, if the goods returned have had a fair amount of use,DebMasonBookkeeping.com.au is allowed to offer a partial refund or replacement only. A restocking fee is calculated based on the time period the product has been purchased, as shown on the date of the invoice. If products are returned within 1 month, they will carry a 0% restocking fee, and within 3 months – 50% and no refund will be offered after 3 months.

DebMasonBookkeeping.com.au DOES NOT accept returns for refunds, credit or exchanges based on incorrect, incompatible or unsuitable goods, please select your goods carefully before placing your order or ask for our advice in writing before purchasing. 

DebMasonBookkeeping.com.au DOES NOT accept returns or refunds for goods returned that have been used, damaged or modified, as we will not be able to return the product to our supplier.

DebMasonBookkeeping.com.au  DOES NOT offer ‘instant’ replacement or ‘advance’ replacement.

Shipping costs or any finance charges are non-refundable
